Jessica & Caity | 10 Barrel Brewing & RiNo District Same-Sex Engagement Session | Colorado Engagement Photographer
I’m so excited to finally share Jessica & Caity’s 10 Barrel Brewing & RiNo District Engagement Session today. This has to be one of my favorite engagement sessions that I’ve done this year. Not only because we got to hang out and drink some awesome beer but because Jessica & Caity are two of the nicest and kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
I met up with both of them at the beginning of the year to do their engagement session and when we were planning it they wanted to do something laid back and fun, just like they are. We ended up deciding on going to the RiNo District located near Downtown Denver. RiNo stands for River North Art District and it’s an amazing area that is full of restaurants, breweries, and tons of art. It is known worldwide for their street art and they even host a yearly urban art festival called “Crush Walls.” A large scale mural and street art installation that spans 30 city blocks.
However, before we wanted walked around the area looking for some cool art, we started off at 10 Barrel Brewing located right in the middle of RiNo. The people there were very accommodating as they let us take several shots on the rooftop and near the brewing tanks. We even got to relax a little bit and enjoy some of their amazing beer. If you happen to stop by there then I highly suggest trying their Sinister Black Ale.
Once we were done, we headed out to the streets. You really can’t go wrong in this area because every corner and alleyway had some cool mural that we came across. I particularly loved the bright, colorful wall created by an amazing artist named VYAL. And if you’re a fan of Stranger Things then you’ll really love the mural inspired by the show.
Congratulations Jessica & Caity! Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your wedding.
