With one week until their big day, Briana & Kevin’s Bowling Alley & Devil’s Backbone Engagement Session had to be one of the most fun I’ve had during any session. I met Briana at the Loveland Bridal Festival’s Wedding Expo last year. She and her fiance Kevin are from Cheyenne and we decided we would meet in Loveland to have an amazing Colorado Engagement Session. They are avid bowlers and they play on a weekly bowling league so I was kind of excited when Briana told me about her idea of having their engagement session at a bowling alley. She also wanted some great photos of them outdoors so we also decided to meet at Devil’s Backbone Open Space in Loveland which is where we started the photo session at sunrise.
After spending about an hour taking photos for their Devil’s Backbone Engagement Session, we made our way toSweetheart Lanes in Loveland. Briana made the arrangement with the bowling alley ahead of time. I loved the fact that they are called Sweeheart Lanes which was perfect for these two “sweethearts.” Briana also chose this particular bowling alley because they were one of the few places that had original wood bowling lanes and vintage scoring machines. It was definitely retro in every way. We had a lot of fun bowling a few rounds while I got some great photos of them playing. Check out the amazing photos from their engagement session below.
