Welcome to Part 2 of my Atomic Workshop blog series. Continuing where I left off from Part 1, the 2nd day of the Atomic Workshop at TihsreeD Lodge Wedding & Event Venue was just as great as day 1. This is the day that we had the Styled Wedding Shoot and we had the chance to photograph 5 amazing real life couples. All of the women got to play dress-up in gorgeous gowns from The Altar Bridal Consignment, while the guys looked equally great in suits and custom ties from J.Hilburn and Knotty Tie Co. I can definitely say that most of us were obsessed with the off-beat, purple wedding gown that one of our models was lucky enough to wear. Nevertheless, all of the women looked amazing thanks to the professional hair and make-up skills of Kim Jundt (KimJBeauty) and Brittany Slaughter (Alchemy Creative). It was every bit as magical as a real wedding thanks to the great planning and styling from Sweetly Paired.

Again, we were paired off into groups and got to spend about 30 minutes with each couple. There were also two detail stations which included a beautiful tablescape with gorgeous flowers from Bella Calla, table settings from Event Rents, wedding stationery from Platypus Papers and a full dessert table with a gorgeous cake from Yours Truly Cupcakes. The room was also filled with the great smells of the meal that Whole 30 Foods provided for the shoot.

Saturday was significantly warmer, but still cold for shooting, which made it a little easier for the couples to be outside with us. We were also shooting in mid-day sun again but luckily there was some cloud coverage to help. Every single couple were great and so gracious with their time and willingness to work with us. I got so many great shots from this shoot that it was very difficult to narrow them down when I was editing them. Overall, I had a great experience with Atomic Workshops and got to meet so many great people in the wedding industry. I will definitely be back to attend another workshop in the future.
